Payment We accept all card types.

Pricing If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price

Delivery The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. Unfortunately we have to charge carriage but we attempt to keep it to a minimum.

 All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.   The majority of our parcels will be sent via a courier. In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and other applicable legislation. Similar rights may apply for some international deliveries. For further information about your legal rights see “Your Right to Cancel” section below and contact your local authority Trading Standards department or consumer advice centre (for example the Citizen’s Advice Bureau for UK customers).

Occasionally items are not immediately available - we will then despatch as much of your order as we can immediately and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra charge. 

Mote Park Watersports Centre reserve the right in the event that  the product price or shipping cost is advertised incorrectly  to contact you and arrange further payment if required.

Your privacy is very important to us: The Privacy Policy will apply whenever you provide us with personal information, except as required by law or in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights 

Sale of Knives

In accordance with UK Law (The Offensive Weapons Act 1996), we are unable to sell knives to anyone under 18 years of age.

We are unable to send knives to overseas destinations.

 

Return Policy

Standard Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt.*

 

Please check the condtion of goods on arrival - we are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days.

 

Returned goods must be packaged securely, with all original packaging undamaged and in a saleable condition i.e. shoe boxes must be in the same condition as when received

 

Goods must be unused and security seals intact.*

 

If you would like to return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, return postage will be at your expense. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.

 

Please be aware that some navigational and safety products may be dated, and as such a full refund may in some cases not be possible.  If you are purchasing dated navigational charts we suggest you contact us for more information. 

 

Faulty Goods If you receive your goods and believe them to be faulty, please contact us straight away with a brief description of the problem. If we require you to return the product for a replacement, our staff will advise you on what is required.

 

Returning goods to Mote Park Watersports Centre

2)Once you have spoken to our team we will give you a product return number which needs to be marked on the outside of the parcel so it can be identified. Without this the return will not be processed.

3)Return the parcel to us

4)Email us proof of postage

4)Once we receive the product we will be able to proceed with a refund or exchange.
